Menu Released for December 1 Beer Dinner at the Quarter Bistro

The first-ever beer dinner hosted at The Quarter Bistro & Tavern, 300 S. Maple, is coming up December 1 and it features the beers of Wolverine State Brewing Co. The cost is $45 per person (tax and tip included); tickets are on sale beginning this Friday at both the Quarter Bistro (734-929-9200) and the Wolverine tap room (734-369-2990). The menu is as follows:

Spicy Roasted Chick Peas
Wolverine Cheese Spread with Rosemary Flatbread Crackers
Wolverine Premium Lager

First Course
Quarter Bistro Salad (baby greens with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese, grapes, cranberries, raisins, walnuts, pecans, and champagne truffle vinaigrette)
Wolverine Dark Lager

Second Course
Cajun Steak Bites with Tempura Fried Pickle Chips
Gulo Gulo Hoppy Lager

Third Course
Jambalaya (chicken, shrimp, smoked Andouille sausage, tomatoes, onions, peppers, celery, confetti rice pilaf)
